We got a great allocation of 50 seats in the lower bowl section 124, where my season tix are! It isn’t easy to get a big block together in 1 section for this game so we are thankful to the Jets for taking care of us! This is going to be a lot of fun and a good deal for those of you facing buying single game tickets. The Jets are selling these tickets at face value on Ticketmaster for $325 with fees that bring the total to $390. We are offering a whole package at less than that, with a tailgate pass, lower level game ticket in 124, commemorative TGJ t-shirt, an awesome treat to bring into the stadium with one of my monstrous Short Rib Hand Grenades to munch on! As a bonus, we have 10 half-time on-field passes which we will raffle off among the package buyers at the tailgate, a 1-in-5 chance of winning!
ABOUT THOSE SHORT RIB HAND GRENADES:
These babies are special. It is a multi-day process that starts with the head butcher at Lafrieda, the best restaurant butcher in the country, crafting the short ribs specifically for me to my specs by taking prime grade short ribs, deboning and trimming, cleaning the bone, and then rewrapping around the bone and tying off with butchers twine. At this point I have the most awesome beef rib ever at the price of a porterhouse steak! I then embark on a 40+ hour cooking process that then concludes on site at the tailgate with a quick sear. The end result is the most intense, tender, fire and smoke kissed beef rib you have ever had. This is the ultimate expression of beef and I would put it up against any steak from any restaurant in the country. It’s so much work, and so expensive, that I only prepare these for special occasions for clients that pay well for it.
