TailgateJoe was proud to have been selected as one of 24 of the best chefs and culinary minds in NYC and beyond to compete in the Food Network NYC Wine & Food Festival’s premiere event, The Burger Bash!
Our entry was the Mutz Burger, an homage to the great roast beef sandwiches that combined fresh mozzarella and gravy, made popular by places like Johns Deli in Brooklyn and Fiore’s in Hoboken. We use only the best beef with a blend from Pat Lafrieda for our burger.
The kit includes:
- 8 6oz Lafrieda blend beef patties
- 1LB of fresh mozzarella
- 1 pint of Motor Oil Gravy
- 8 Martins Potato Buns
Suggested additions/options not included:
- Crispy french’s onions
- Grilled/Sautéed/Caramelized Onions
