It’s week 13 and the hated AFCE rival Miami Dolphins are coming to town!
We are changing it up this week. We are limiting the amount of people this week to 200. We are also going to put out a great menu which I can only do for a smaller number of people, hence the limit. This menu includes something never served before and frankly, what I think is the greatest thing I have ever made! We will be bumping the donation up a little since this menu is a bit more expensive.
The weather is looking pretty good for this weekend, not nearly as cold as it has been the last few days!
The Tailgate Menu
- Morning mimosas for the early risers
- Grilled taylor ham and cheese sandwiches
- Burgers, our awesome Lafrieda brisket/short rib/chuck blend
- bacon, plenty of bacon for those burgers!!!
- Hot dogs, including our award winning chili dogs, the best chili dog you have ever had. We are gonna roll out the big 1/4 lbers for this game
- Grilled Polish sausage with home made hot pepper jelly
- Mom’s awesome meatball sliders, a TGJ crowd favorite and perfect for the colder weather
- BBQ baked beans with burnt ends, yes I am going to smoke a whole brisket just to make these awesome beans.
- Smoked, shredded pepper stout beef. Maybe the best thing I have ever made! I am gonna smoke the beef low and slow all night leading up to Sunday morning.
- Assorted chips, snacks
Dessert:
- Fresh filled on the spot cannoli

Kelso of Brooklyn is a local NYC craft beer brewer. Their beers are only available in draft by the keg and served at NYC’s better restaurants and bars. We are pleased to work with Kelso as the Pour of Choice for all Tailgate Joe home games.
Location: We arrive and set up 5 hours before kickoff when the lot opens and the party starts in about in hour, 4 hours before kickoff. Our location is Green Lot E10, along the curb. We are conveniently located near the stadium. Generally, we have things going 9-12:45 for a 1pm game. More info on our location is here.
